There was no dvd to set it up No DVD to set the printer up
Worst printer ever!! Worst printer EVER!!! Doesn’t work after only a year and a half of use. Completely useless! Zero customer support. Good luck getting this piece of crap to work at all!
Died after 1 month: Straight in Trash Died after one month, I am sure the internal power source died, for $100 it goes in the trash and I pick a better brand with better components.
Not use your friendly. First program CD doesn't fit onto your computer or laptop compartment in order to download the program, it's complicated to the store it's not usual friendly Don't recommend to purchase it and I returned it after 3 days couldn't install it couldn't use it.
The most annoying printer I have owned, and WIFI won't work. I had a different Brother printer in the past and it was great. This one effing sucks. I can't get it to connect to WiFi, so I ran a network cable to it, and when it goes to 'deep sleep', I can't get it to print from my computer. I have to go hit the power key, which then changes the display to 'sleep' and then my print job will go through. Impossible to Set Up Spent 2 hours trying to set this printer up. It says "Easy to set up and share on your wireless network." Don't believe it. Also, good luck trying to find any kind of tech support anywhere.
I don’t recommend it Very complicated to connect to the internet, was not able to use it at all since I got it
this is a bad printer i have had nothing but trouble with this printer,i paid us global tech to help and after multiple tries it still does not work,so i bougth a printer that doesnt work and hired a tech company that couldnt make it work
Works occasionally Once in a while it will actually print something; this is how I know I've set it up right. Most of the time, however, it just doesn't. The doc disappears out of the printer queue, but nothing ever comes out of the machine. And then sometimes an hour later the document appears. Don't buy it. I was desperate, but it would have been faster to hand copy my documents, medieval monk style, than use this garbage.
