Won’t even switch on Stopped working after 3 months of use. Don’t waste money on this
This printer is a nightmare I can’t stand this printer!!!!! Once it goes into sleep mode, my computer gives me this failure error and I have to trouble shoot just to print! I got it working once but am experiencing the same error again! I’m want to return this POS!
Network/connectivity issues, tiny screen I got this printer 4 months ago and if I had to choose I would probably not buy again. The setup was easy and straightforward, I was printing often and seamlessly, one day out of nowhere a couple weeks after getting it it just showed “offline” nothing had changed with my network so not sure how this happened. Total Garbage. Suddenly stopped working and doesn't turn on anymore. A very expensive paperweight. I don't write reviews often but this printer has to be the worst I have ever owned. Purchased about half a year ago and after countless connection issues this thing just decided to randomly turn off and never come back. Tried several power-cycling-guides I found but nothing. Don't buy this "printer".
Broken! After one year the printer will no longer turn on :(
Stop working after 6 months of light use I have been using this printer for less than six months and it now will only print blank sheets of paper. I followed all the help on the website and was on the phone with technical support for 2.5 hours and after not being able to fix it they ultimately said I was out of warranty and that I needed to pay for it to get fixed.
It worked great until it didn't I loved this printer for the first 8 or so months I had it. Suddenly, it stopped connecting to the network. Two days and several hours, and it finally connected again. Great! A few weeks later the same problem happened. Now I'm stuck with a printer that doesn't want to connect to a network. When it works, it works great. Zero complaints, except for when it doesn't work.
Poor quality Poor quality and bad tech support
Slow I bought this mainly for mychildren’s chrome books. We also have it connected to the phones and laptops. It runs slow and the sleep mode doesn’t work. We end up having to turn it off and in to get it to print. I wouldn’t buy it again.
