Fast Printer but they absolutely LIE about Toner's page output This printer prints very fast, fast on double-sided as well and is reliable, but it has in NO way shape or form printed the 3,000 pages or near that they claim this toner does. That is a LIE and Amazon should force them to remove that from their marketing materials. That was the #1 reason I bought this- thinking a cartridge could last me at least 2,000 pages, if not 3,000. Broke after a few months It just keeps jamming
Unreliable, dead within 2 years The printer is fine, and I printed approximately 30 pages over the last two years. It died due to "Print Unable ZC", which suggests some mechanical problem.
Trouble printing envelopes The HL-L2350dw wrinkles envelopes unless you open the back door and press down on two green tabs. This must be done each time you wish to print envelopes, as soon as you close the back door the green tabs return to their up position. For my use, this downgrades the printers usability as that is way to much trouble to do every other letter I print. I'm currently print envelopes on another printer to get by. May decide to see this one back.
Prints only when it feels like it, which is rare Constantly having issues with this printer. It sleeps regardless of the setting that I have it on and does not print without restarting either the printer or computer. I would not recommend.
NEVER WORKS, UNRELIABLE don't waste your money. Customer support is terrible, nobody ever answers calls, website will only redirect you to downloading the same stupid thing over and oer again. Printer never prints on command. Sleep/deep sleep mode will only deactivate when printer is powered off/on. Printer will say "Ready" , with items active in queue, AND STILL NOT PRINT. Quality is good when this pos decides it wants to work. Don't waste your money.
Stopped Working in Less than a Year Purchased Dec 14, 2020, stopped working mid-August and no support available. It is not even a year old. Tried all of the troubleshooting available online to no avail. Would never purchase again, very disappointed.
Very difficult to set up an even more difficult to keep awake. Very difficult to set up an even more difficult to keep awake. One of the worst products I’ve ever purchased. My brother said it up for me but we can’t get it to work with my Wi-Fi. The only way I can make it print is to use a cable connected to my computer. It just constantly goes into sleep mode before you can follow the set up instructions. Tech-support? What tech support? I would never recommend this product to anyone not even my worst enemy.
Impossibly difficult to set up for wireless I'm fairly tech saavy and it was insanely complicated.
