Dont buy it. It worked okay first few times. Though the printing wait time was too long.. many times printed multiple cooies of the same. Despite that I did not return it. But I am annoyed with the wifi connection problem it has. Wifi signal is strong and everything else works. But this damn piece does not get connected.
Waste of money. I have had this printer for about a month and it won’t turn on anymore. Total waste of money.
Flips circuit and is unusable Every time I use this, it flips the circuit breaker and I lose power in the entire office. I've tried everything, including unplugging everything but the printer, to no avail. I called Brother help, but after 30 minutes on hold with super aggressive and loud piano music (I like piano music as much as anyone, but this was like serial killer background music), I hung up. Poor firmware and software quality I can never get it out of deep sleep mode unless you manually restart it, which apparently is a bug. Updating firmware also never works. They should have hired better developers or tester. I am so disappointed at this brand.
Just stopped working At a certain point everything just completely stopped working. Pages stopped printing, my computer couldn't even find the printer anymore.

Worked well for a few months then NIGHTMARE This printer worked well at the beginning. I loved it. I could print from my phone. Then a few months later, it started having issues. No matter how many times I restarted it, it wouldn't work. It was so finicky, sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. Even when I used their program to print, printer is not detected. Find another printer, this is an absolute nightmare
Wifi is impossible to setup I find it fairly easy to setup technical products, but this was a nightmare. If you're looking for a wireless printer, look elsewhere.
