Not Happy - Brother Laser Printer I've had HP Laser BW printers for a long time. When my recent HP printer, which i love, sytarted jamming occaisonally, i researched and then bought this Brother Compact Monochrome Laser Printer, HL-L2350DW. 1. The footprint is quite large, not compact in my opinion. 2. It draws a lot of AC power. I had it plugged in to my UPC and when starting up the power surge would overload teh UPC. Worked only once. printer is dead, won't power up. Purchased this for my work. Company paid for it. Printed only one test page. After which printer went to sleep an never woke up. It would not even power up now. Low quality product.
Died after 6 months light use. I’m an educator and use this for light print jobs few times per week. I may have sent 1500 pages through in 6 months. I worked through the original sample cartridge and about 100 pages of a new one and now it has shut off and nothing has brought it back to life. I followed all online instructions I could find to no avail. Would like customer service to reach out, as this is an unfortunate lifespan for a printer. Unable to find a way to contact supplier/manufacturer through Amazon.
Not so good quality. Not recommend. Would give it no stars if I could !!! A lot of complains.
Upset. Didn't work at all. Not happy. Waste my time.
This product will often claim there is no toner and refuse to print It is maddening to have to go through the same instructions, which are often wrong, on how to reset the low toner indicator so you can print. I will never buy another like this. There needs to be some easy way to shut the low toner messages off. Who thought it was a good idea to make this product fail to even try to print?
Terrible: warning for home use This printer has disrupted our home's internet connection. Not only can we not print, we can't access the internet from our usual devices when it's on. I would say we have average or above average technology capability, and we are baffled by this. Beware.
Be warned! I have to return unit as it will not wirelessly connect to any of the 4 units on my network because it is incompatible with my Arris modem, only via USB to my main computer.
