Poor graphics I bought this printer to replace my old HP Laserjet 6P but I'm not impressed at all. This thing sucks if you have graphics and text needs like I do. No matter what your setting you will get vertical banding on your graphics. I'm going to give this to the kids and spend the money for a better printer. I can't believe no one talks about this on Amazon. Other sites rate this unit poorly for graphics.
I can't recommend highly enough that you DO NOT GET THIS PRINTER! This thing is almost an unbelievable ripoff. It stops printing when it thinks the toner is out. Just stops and forgets what jobs you have already queued. So if you print off a bunch of stuff in a row, good luck figuring out where you were. It has an option to continue printing when the toner gets low, but getting the menu to actually open on this printer is one of the most frustrating tech issues I can ever remember dealing with. Out of warrenty - printer died. I know planned obsolescence is real, but lasting less than 7 months is a bit ridiculous for something like a printer. I guess I should have figured it out when the house electrical switches kept tripping in my office. Now I see why it was such a great deal on this printer, they don't last long.
If you’re looking for a good black and white laser printer this is it. This printer was very straight forward regarding setup and so far (>1month) has not had any issues.
Soooo Difficult to Set Up WiFi I've followed all of the instructions and have visited the brother support website and still cannot figure out how to connect the Wifi. After an hour of trying to wirelessly connect the Brother HL-L2350DW to my MacBook, I have given up. I am 23, this should not be this difficult for me. Everything about the set up process is clunky, and not user friendly. I had to purchase a USB connection cord in order to print. The cord is not included in the package.

don't buy it you take it out of the box, they give you a disc... like an AOL CD at Blockbuster. then you try to just turn it on and have it setup, you know... like annnny tech product in the last decade. it needs a cord to setup the Wifi... it needs your IP address... the window is tiny with up and down buttons like the printer you had in 6th grade... seriously... just buy from smarter people.
Stopped working after 3 months I used it 2-3 times and now it won't turn on.
Wifi not reliable Bought the printer with the express purpose of using wifi printing, but it routinely disconnects from wifi. Would recommend an upgraded printer if you are looking for reliable wifi printing.
