Stopped working! Used this printer for personal use and it has worked sporadically after resetting and reinstalling software several times.
Every time i want to print something I have to delete and reinstall Please buy a different printer.
Only prints ~70 pages It wa sable to print only ~70 pages. After that it always asks for " Tray is empty.Load paper". No matter you fill the try with paper or not, the message remains the same. You can not print any single paper. A smart way of cheating customer. Never buy this product.
Numerous problems This thing is garbage! I've used for less than a month and it has numerous problems. It worked ok the first few jobs, but then wouldn't print in color and most recently will not print at all. There appears to be a connection problem. I ran the connection troubleshooter but that didn't work. It has printed less than 20 pages. Save yourself the trouble and buy another brand.
a work horse Works fast and furious and prints like a dream
Not thrilled with this printer Too hard to get out of sleep mode. I have to constantly turn the machine off and on. Does not print checks in order, I have to change the order of my checks before printing. Called customer service for help on that but they just said that this printer does not print checks in order. Very disappointed with the lack of that feature. Also, wrinkles envelopes when printing. The duplex printer works well though.
Connection Issues are ENDLESS Finally smashed it up with a bat. Skip this one for one you can plug into your computer!
looses conection very often, not user friendly This is the worst piece of equipment I have ever had to use and I wish I could get my money back. It is not user friendly, set up is not easy, sleep mode is dofficult, it keeps on losing wifi connection however hard worong it is inpossible and error after error. We have a good wifi connection at home and no problems with any other devices. not to mention the toner it came with is almost empty even though we havent even gone through half of a package of paper.
