    BROTHER LIES ABOUT PAGES THAT CAN BE PRINTED PER TONER CARTIDGE!! MORE EXPENSIVE THAN INK JET! This printer EATS toner. I have had to replace my toner twice while going through less than ONE ream of paper. BROTHER IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY! The toner costs almost as much as the printer, and we have barely printed 100 pages. Not having to buy refills was the only reason I went with laser instead of ink jet. DO NOT BUY!!!

    Mis-information on the printer. My grandson ordered this printer for me. I did not realize it would not COPY!! I am 84 years old. it is too expensive to send it back and too complicated for me. I really needed a machine that would both print from computer and also copy.

    Broke after 8 months The printer goes into a deep sleep mode that it is nigh impossible to wake it from (even manually pressing the button, I sometimes couldn't get it to wake up -- when I had urgent printing to do, this was extremely annoying to say the least). 8 months after I bought it, it stopped working entirely. I'm about to throw it away. Not a high quality piece of equipment.

    Always disconnect Hi, if the seller could help me troubleshoot this would be great. The printer is nice but every time I try to use it, it's disconnected. I have to restart it in order for it to pick the wifi signal back up again. I have a small apartment, no problems with my wifi or other devices, but for some reason every time this computer is online for more than a few minutes, it loses whatever connection it needs to receive print jobs. So frustrating! I have to restart it any time I want to print something. Help!?

    Did Not Function as Expected This product has not worked once since purchased. Now it is too late for me to return it. I've gone thru the Product Support via email, chat, and over the phone. They've gone thru all the same steps I've already done more than once. Now my "return window" has passed.

    It lasted 2 1/2 months before it died. I bought this March 1, 2019, and it's completely nonfunctional as of today.

    Useless At least with the drivers I have, it just runs out of memory whenever I try to print something nontrivial. FOr me it's a waste of money and desk space. I've had it for a week, but I got rid of the packing so if I can't resell it I'll dump in the recycling.

    Should have to be a tech expert I spent a few hours trying to get this printer set up on wi-if. I entered our pass code to the wi-if and it said it connected but after that it would not connect again. I tried to find a way to enter the passcode again but found no wya to do so. I tried connecting with a USB cord with an adapter for the USB C on my MacBook Pro but the computer/printer would not even recognize the connection. At my wits end I finally decided to go to Brothers online support to see if they could help only to fin... read more
