Not one of the best First got was okay but after a few months it would always say replace toner we would do but it would not fix the problem. Then out of the blue it would start working then it would be down again. And of course we could not send back was out of range to return. So I am not saying all are bad we may have got a lemon in the deal, but I would check out reviews before buying.

What is wrong???? Beyond frustrated!!!! I received this printer as a gift and was glad to see it was Brother as I have always had good luck with them. My problem is set up. I tried WIFi and USB set up (prefer USB because it seemed simpler to follow. Nothing worked right. I got messages such as no paper when the tray was full, printer not found even though it was set as my computer default and appeared in Devices/Printers, queue line is full (didn't ask it to print anything?????? Died after light use for no reason. UPDATE: Brother fully backed their warranty and is sending a replacement! Great customer service from Brother!! It died after light use used in October then was not used from November until April used a little bit in April and then it just died! NOT HAPPY.
Don't waste your money. There is a reason this machine is inexpensive. I set it up and did a test print, which was fine, but after the first print, wvwrything else has streaks and remnants. It's a brand new machine!
the finest print ever I have bought other Brother printers and have an active account and upset to find out that 2350DW did not have an ethernet port which the Brother site stated otherwise, I contacted Brother Pre-sales and they confirmed that it had an ethernet port, NOT the case :(. I won't buy from Brother again
Deep sleep a huge issue Keeps going into deep sleep and won’t wake up. Waste of money
fine until not fine This is the second time (we returned the first) that this printer will not accept a new toner cartridge. This is the first time we try to replace the cartridge that came with the printer and we get message that it can not detect a cartridge. Very frustrating. Plan to return this one now also.
