    Poor Quality after only 4 months This has really bad quality of printing, we replaced the ink because it told us ink was low, now it is continuously telling us our ink level is low, and then the right side of the paper there is a thick line of black toner that comes onto the paper so we are now not able to use the printer unless it is for something that doesn't need to be sent out to clients

    Terrible printer Don't buy it. The printer won't hold the wifi connection - I have to set up the wifi and reconnect manually on it's tiny screen EVERY SINGLE DAY. Too bad I can't return it any longer, I would have this thing sent back on the fastest UPS truck in the planet. Piece of junk.

    Dead after 3 months I bought this for my home printer. Wireless functionality worked great with my iPhone when I needed documents printed from my email quickly. I didn’t make it through the first pack of paper before it just powered down one day and won’t turn back on. Moved it to new outlets, tried troubleshooting. No power. Won’t light up, dead. I purchased it January 30 of 2019 and it was useless by April 30 of 2019 Annoyed, buy something besides brother

    Died after a paper jam, less than a year I have had this product about 8 months and have had light use (1-2 time a week, 1-10 pages tops) Today after a single paper got jammed during a job, the printer for stuck on an error message. 3 hours with tech support and it was deemed done. Next part, it is under warranty but, after 3 months they will only send a refurbished base. That is it. They insisted it was their policy at Brother that you need to take the parts from the old printer and assemble it with a refurbished model, ins... read more

    Junk Setup is a mess. will not connect to network. It is sitting 6 inches from the router... and it can't connect or find a network.

    Don't buy This printer worked well for the first few prints. After a few months it would not connect to WiFi and I could no longer print. Also, set up is very unintuitive. At one point it just said "push button". What button?! There are many!

    Worked great until it didn't Worked for a couple of months then out of the blue decided it would just shut down. Contacted Brother for help but so far no response. I regret this purchase, even if it was inexpensive. You get what you pay for, I guess.
