Return printer I ordered the HL-L2350DW, unfortunately it did not have all the features I needed. Would it be possible to get return tags for the on I received. Could you please respond as soon as possible?
Tired of getting low quality product from Brother I bought a HL-L2350DW and it was DOA returned it and replaced it. The new one worked well for a short time a month or so and finally stopped printing no matter what I do. NEED TO RETURN IT ... FIND ANOTHER PRINTER I don't need to deal with this anymore. I want money back or a different printer
Had promise, but fell short... REALLY short. The HL-L2350DW was pretty simple to set up. The WiFi portion was probably a bit more troublesome that it should be, but nothing that can't be overcome with a little patience and understanding. There is a deep sleep function which can be pretty frustrating; the beauty (to me at least) of a printer on WiFi is that I can print from anywhere in the house and pick up the print job the next time I am near the printer. SINCERELY DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER I purchased the Brother HL-L2350DW printer and it can never print anything because it always reverts back to sleep mode. I have tried numerous different methods to fix the problem (troubleshooting, uninstalling & reinstalling, turning off deep sleep mode, and there isn't a remote printer console download on their page either). This is NOT a reliable wi-fi printer. I wasted nearly $100 on this. Find a different brand.
Didn't last seven months I do light, at home printing of emails, etc. I had an earlier generation of this machine and loved it, but needed to replace it due to drum errors that wouldn't clear. Had this and almost exactly at the six month mark, it just died. Idiotically, I purchased it again from another vendor and this time, didn't last 30 days - same thing. Steer clear of this newer model.
Doesn't Print in Color Apparently, I didn't know that monochrome is the print and not the actual color of the printer. It's a good printer, but I need a printer to print in color.
Does not print well This is a terrible printer. The WiFi set-up wasn’t the easiest and when it came to the actual functionality of printing, it was worse. I would not recommend this product to even a student.
Please for the love of god don’t buy this printer I don’t normally write reviews, but... It requires drivers to work with a Mac. It’s 2019, for crying out loud. Typing WiFi passwords on a one-line LCD display with up and down arrow buttons was the most infuriating experience. It lost network connectivity every few weeks, requiring reconfiguration.
