Not working with 5G. Just wasted my time Don’t buy this printer if you have 5G WiFi. It’s not working with 5G!!!!!!
Ordered 2. One never worked Printers were delivered and set up, but never worked properly. Kept telling us they needed ink, and when ink was replaced, the message still flashed and wouldn't let us print. Terrible product.
Don't buy for WiFiI. WiFi is a disaster. I tried submitting a detailed review, but Amazon rejected it. Don't buy this if you want WiFi to work at all.
Stopped working 3 months into owning it Product was working fine until one da it had no power. I've been to busy to get in touch with tech support, and now I see the support window expired last week, which was after it stopped working, but i just didn't have a chance to contact them. No reasoning at all for not working, it just is dead. Don't recommend.
More trouble than it's worth This computer is, quite simply, a piece of junk. I've worked in IT and have worked with a lot of different printers and computers, but this is by far the worst. It requires being turned off and on multiple times before the computers will see it on the network even though it says it's connected, and even once it connects, you might get one or two print jobs out of it before it drops off the network again and requires being restarted. Failed in three months...... Love the size! Sits nicely my desk alongside my computer equipment. I marked it down because it was a PITA to set up on the network. Still haven’t got the Apple wireless printer app to work. Edit: 6/26/19. Deader than a doornail. Will not turn on. Failed while sitting at standby on my desk. May have printed a hundred pages........
Paper jam central It's okay for the price point, but I bought this product primarily for the duplex printing. I estimate there's a paper jam in at least one out of every three print jobs I attempt.
Printer will not stay connected to internet This printer will not stay connect to internet (I have a gigabit connection) and it keeps dropping the connection and had to hard wire it. However you MUST use Compact toner (much more expensive) as the Arthur Toner TN760 will not work in this printer.
won't stay online Have had this printer a month now and have had to reinstall multiple times per week. Additionally, the toner cartridge is out of ink and we don't print that much (MAYBE a yield of 100 pages and I doubt that). Won't buy another.
