WIFI integration is a joke! You might as well buy a cheap 50-$60 Laser Printer with no WIFI. The setup for WIFI is abysmal and hangs. To interface my home router I am supposed to push a magic button which my home router does not have. There is link through Brother's website to a WIFI setup video on Youtube; comments are DISABLED

Giving up and Throwing Away Revised to 1-Star 2/15/19: After 2 months of owning this printer and going through every diagnostic, troubleshooting procedure, and settings tweak, I'm giving up. Sometimes it prints average quality prints, sometimes it prints with streaks and shadows randomly throughout the page. Read all features and understand “Stuck on sleep mode” I dislike this product because I purchase it in June and I’ve only been able to print 1 time the printer is stuck on sleep mode and I’m unable to print. I don’t have time to try to figure it out.

Unpleasant experience. Hopefully redeemed. I was thrilled setting up this printer with how much thought had gone into designing the packaging and the quick setup guide. Then I followed the instructions to get the printer on my wireless network and began about 1.5 hours of hell. Finally after too much online research and too many attempts, and after installing not just the online software but also the firmware, I was able to get the thing working. Always goes to sleep mode Most of times does not print, always goes to deep sleep

“Saves paper” by not waking up for wireless Windows10 Only reliable using USB cable connection - not wireless. Have updated product after struggling for a couple of months since purchase with printer not waking up. Not waking up unless it sometimes does wake up (1 out of maybe 10 occasions).
