    Wi-fi is flakey The printer looks pretty slick...but the wi-fi only works intermittently. It was kind of working for a while, but now, just a few months after purchasing, I can't get it to work at all. Not my best purchase. :(

    Garbage This is a total piece of junk unless you like your printer not working most of the time. This printer goes into a sleep mode regularly and there is no setting that stops the sleep mode. The problem comes from not being able to "wake it up". I would not recommend this printer to anyone especially anyone that is running a business...Unless your my competition then by all means buy it.

    Low toner soon. I like this double side printer, it saves paper. But lts low toner soon. I just print 500 pages.

    It will give you nightmares! User Experience is terrible, menu is cumbersome, wifi connection is often dropped. Nothing about this machine is intuitive or easy to use.

    Paper jams every other day Jams every time, pretty terrible experience. Maybe a one-off manufacturing defect but had to throw it out and get a new one.

    I have to re-register with Google Cloud Print EVERYTIME I need to print! Will be exchanging if this keeps up!

    First Unit Dead on Arrival Just tried to set this up--product was dead on arrival. Amazon chat was unable to help revive it. Against my better judgment, I'm giving Brother a second chance with a replacement. If that doesn't work either, I will return for a refund.

    Trouble with this printer- New Bro. printer (HL-L2350DW) arrived & in place - so far it is as expected & advertised - a first report was written when I received & installed the new printer- fast forward to last week & ink cartridge change needed & purchased from amazon & done this morning... With the new cartridge TN-760 printing is good once again- Now tho the 'WiFi' indicator light blinks non stop.... not good....How do I shut the shut the D... unwanted light off?
