Don't order if you print from Chromebook I have been working for over a week to get this computer to print via Google Cloud Print on my Chromebook and haven't figured it out yet. Only good with USB interface for multiple computers According to Brother support, wired ethernet with this print requires DHCP. The printer does allow a fixed, static TCP/IP address to be set via the interface, but according to Brother support this will not work correctly, and DCHP must be used. This means that unless your printer is always the first connected device on the network, the TCP/IP address of your printer will vary. Unexpected charges!! I had to call brother support and after two hours on the phone and a $169.00 fee, I finally got my printer to work by my cell phone! Very difficult time with support and the charge was way more than the actual printer cost! And I am pretty tech savvy I think! Has anyone else had to do this? They said my computer had some bad files saved and they had to "clean it up". I was very suspicious but I paid it so hard could use my printer.
READ THE REVIEWS...CLOSELY This printer was a big disappointment. IMPORTANT NOTE: The printer defaults to Two-Sided Printing and it cannot be turned off. I called Brother Customer Service, located someplace a long, long way from here, and was told over, and over, and over that it was NOT the printer, it was the application that toggled two-sided printing on/off. always jams! Always jams! The printer automatically feeds from the bottom when I print from the computer but then eventually jams in the middle of the job. But there is actually no jam. After I open the tray, I then have to feed INDIVIDUALLY from the top tray. I want to trash the damn thing. Extremely annoying. I tried to change the settings to get rid of the top tray all the together but cannot seem to figure it out. I am not a Fulbright scholar, but it really shouldn't be this difficult.

Blows through toner This printer may look like a value, and does have good print quality and ease of use. But it blows through toner absurdly quickly requiring frequent expensive purchases of Brother Toner. Both the TN760 (High Yield) and TN730 cartridges deliver less than a quarter of their suggested page yields. Our small restaurant was going through more than on TN730 a month. For comparison, we bought toner for our old HP laser printer about twice a year.

Useless after a year Won't connect to WiFi anymore which renders it completely useless. Loved it before this.

Constantly Goes offline Nice when it works. But constantly goes offline and is a pain in the butt to get back on. Very sorry I purchased.
