Cheap Don’t care for this product. Felt over sold and under delivers. Wouldn spend the money he for nicer printer.
Would give 5 stars but for.... I don't print very often and with ink jet my ink is always dried up. Choose my network, entered the pass...easy as can be. my Mac, iPad and PC all found it right off. Works well so far...may it last a long time. Am I the only person that noticed this... The first thing it says in the setup guide is "Unpack the machine and check the components" it then shows pictures of everything in the box with information under each party but the unit itself. VERY disappointed. You might as well buy a new $100 printer every-time to toner runs out... I thought I had researched toner cost, but it appears the "Deals" I was seeing BEFORE the purchase are no longer available. VERY disappointed.
Didn't last four months! Stopped working as of July 17, barely four months old. Bought it to replace an older Brother model that gave up the ghost after years of good service. This one developed a problem with leaking toner creating smudged and unusable copies. The multi-step process that would supposedly clean out the head could not be completed. Had to scrap this one and by another brand. Did not bother with warranty because the printer is needed on a daily basis and could not afford to be without while Brother did its son... read more
TERRIBLE! NEVER BUYING BROTHER AGAIN. Extremely frustrating. Have tried everything and replace toner message will not clear. Using only certified Brother product, and YES it's the correct replacement toner. Absolutely awful performance. Never again.
Good Printer I received this printer and had a hard time setting the WiFi connection. After calling Brother and giving them my name, address, phone number, model of printer, serial number of the printer, operating system, and permission for them to call me Mr Howard, I thought I would ready to quickly connect to WiFi. Will print photos and scans under linux using hl-l2300d driver I have a Brother hl-l2300d which will not print pictures, scans or similar, at least under linux. I bought this hl-l2350DW because the Amazon web page for this printer said supported operating systems included linux. All the material that came with this printer said that only windows and mac were supported. Printed 200 pages, jammed and will no longer feed ... Printed 200 pages, jammed and will no longer feed paper. Also, it tends to go into DEEP SLEEP and the only way I can get it to come out is to unplug it. Real pain in the butt. I will not buy another brother.
