No longer Supported by GOOGLE? I think it's great. I absolutely needed it. I'm happy with it. What scares me. Is... I'm getting these pop up msgs saying it will "no longer be supported" after DECEMBER 31st! What Now? That's the only reason for the 1 star.

So frustrated! I had been looking for a good priced laser color printer and chose this one even though I have never brought a Brother machine before. I brought this printer because it said automatically duplex printing. Even though the options say that I am printing both sides and flip on long side, it only prints one side! I have wasted so much ink and expensive 32lb paper trying to figure it out. I have had to deliver customer orders late because of this issue. I am returning next week!

Really bad quality Everything I print has a yellow color halfway through. Black has lines through it. The quality basically is just awful Their customer support just told me it basically just isn't as good as inkjet, and offered absolutely no help. All amazon did was send me a return label and said I'll get my money back as soon as they receive it.

Slow I did not read enough about this printer. It is much slower than all my other Brother printers. It also does not print on both sides. Unfortunately I can not return it as the box was thrown away.

piece of junk This is the worst printer I have ever had. It is very heavy, will not accept any WiFi codes and is impossible to figure out the instructions to program it. I can't even figure out how to get it to print a test page. I'd return it if I could but out of the return window. Piece of junk!

Oh my god does this printer suck Oh my god does this printer suck, I've owned it for a couple of months and I regret getting it every time I use it. For starters, the black toner got messed up less than 100 pages in. The printer goes into a deep sleep mode after not using it for a while and it's near impossible to print when it's in deep sleep. I have to touch buttons in the printer and even then it won't print. The light for "receiving date" flashes but nothing. Sometimes it takes 10 minutes to print basic text! If I could ... read more

Good for a couple weeks then problems This printer has been nothing but problems. It started off well but then the quality of print has been wrong for weeks now. New paper, re calibrated, etc. It still looks bad.

Terrible! This is the worst wireless printer. I have to reconnect it every few weeks and it only recognizes some devices. Don’t bother wasting your money.

UNETHICAL COMPANY I purchased this printer for use printing flyers and marketing materials for work and used it without issue for about six months. The ink was beginning to fade and I was getting a "low ink" error. I replaced the ink with a recommended replacement I purchased on Amazon that stated it was compatible with this printer. After about 10-20 pages printed, I began getting a "replace toner" message that I could not clear, even though the print quality was fine and it did not appear to be out of ink.
