Absolute Garbage Absolutely horrible printer. It’s been a constant problem. I’m getting a no toner error but it won’t tell me which one. I’ve tried the two button override and it just says no data. I’ve replaced all of the toner cartridges. I’m going to go Office Space on this piece of garbage.

Horrible Function Thought I would get a laser printer and spend more up front to stop buying ink cartridges. Turns out its impossible to set up, I tried everything with every set of instructions to get this to sycnh and print from trays from my Macs and iPhones. Nothing works, every time we pri t we need to go through a series of guess work steps and manual tray insert to possibly get a print. I would return it but the return window was only ONE MONTH. Don't buy.

Worst customer support ever!!! Worst customer support! Been on hold over 2.5 hours and no answer! Printer just stopped working out of nowhere and I couldn’t get a hold of anybody... If your printer stops working or has technical issues, consider throwing it in the trash because there’s no one to help

horrible connection this thing does not print when i tell it to. when i try to print something, my computer says it is offline, and then it will end up printing 5 hours later.

Low C and Y Cartridge Low I only printed 356 pages and the C cartridge ran out and the Y cartridge went down to about 40%. Please send me those two cartridges as soon as possible at no cost to me. I have a business to run and cannot be hindered by running out of ink on a brand new printer.

Not a happy customer The printer basically needs to be 6 inches from your router for the WiFi to connect and the machine does not come with a cord to use a direction connection...you have to buy that separately. After calling the support line to inquire about said cord, I spent nearly 40 minutes on the line with someone I couldn't even understand, just to tell me that a tech would call me to help me hook it up to my computer and that I would be responsible for the cost of this (not what I was asking AT ALL). I Hate This Printer This printer is very poorly designed. I do not recommend it. There seems to be a problem with the drums recognizing a brand new toner. Customer Support tells you to try an new toner. I am using Brother Toners (not cheap) I have had this happen with Magenta then with Black. I had a similar Brother model for years. It did not have this problem. I regret buying this printer.
