No elevator for the whole four days I was there took three hours to get bed lining
Los elevadores dejaron de funcionar al segundo día y nos hicieron bajar y subir por las escaleras 14 pisos varias veces. No había jabón de manos desde el segundo día y nunca lo rellenaron por el resto de las 7 noches. Los teléfonos en los cuartos no funcionaban. El área de desayunos no cuenta con la capacidad para recibir a la cantidad de huespedes y es un área sucia. Pagué mi estancia antes de llegar y en el hotel me hicieron cargos extras por error por más de 400 dólares y aún no me regresam mi dinero. PÉSIMO HOTEL!!!!!

Only one working elevator. The place was dirty, the online pictures were not the same as the physical location. Breakfast was horrible. Not going back there again and wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
Good location, that’s it! The location was good, that’s the only positive. We booked this one for slightly more money than what else was available because we expected something similar to the quality of holiday inn express experienced consistently in the UK, and that it had a free breakfast. In general though the hotel was not good. It was so dated, it seemed like holiday inn purchased a youth hostel and stuck their badge on the front. Breakfast was the worse I have seen. It was leaking in the lobby, the elevator takes a long time. Checking we have to wait for our room to be ready, he said it will be ready by 3 pm but we get in after 2 hours.
