Experiencia poco feliz. Nos fue mal. Los ascensores son insuficientes para la cantidad de habitaciones que el hotel tiene, incluso algunos días solo se contó con un solo ascensor lo que significó en 25 minutos de espera. El lugar para tomar desayuno es muy pequeño e incómodo. Un día no hubo disponibilidad de agua. Pese a que nos recompensaron por ese último punto, la suma de los problemas me impide recomendar este hotel.
Séjour décevant. Nous avons eu une panne d’eau pendant 1 journée, nous avons du aller nous laver dans l’hôtel voisin. Seulement 2 ascenseurs pour 34 étages avec un en panne la moitié de la semaine donc queue de 10 min pour accéder à l’ascenseur. Petit déjeuner bondé avec des tables bancales et des assiettes en carton.

They need to be better The water was out for one of the days and we had to go to another property to use the bathroom. It seemed like they knew this was a planned maintenance. How can you have a hotel and just not have water available for your guests one of the days? How can you charge full price for hotel stay when there are days with no water? Experiência péssima … Hotel ruim, antigo . Quarto pequeno e móveis bens velhos . Tudo remendado. Café movimentado , tínhamos que limpar a mesa para sentarmos e a maioria dos alimentos faltavam e não eram repostos😔. Internet no quarto só caía e, portanto não funcionava direito. Os atendentes solicitos - poucos - mas pior hotel da rede Holyday INN . Chegou a faltar água ( de tarde até a madrugada) , e o que ofereceram era banho no hotel vizinho da mesma rede . Experiência péssima .

They assigned me a room that was already occupied by someone else. Then they assigned us another room with separate beds, which were too small for two people to sleep in one bed. The lock was also too difficult to open.
