Breakfast was really bad! Just bad! Even the coffee was bad Elevators were constantly broken. Had to wait looooooong time over (20 min) to get in. Hyatt is a cross the street! Stay there!

Disappointed The hotel was under construction and the rooms are a lot smaller than advertised. Also the air conditioner didn’t work that great. Parking is a joke. The valet parking crew left my car on the street for 3+ hours after we checked in. When asked why, they responded “ I forgot to call the valet service”. Plus don’t leave anything in your car you don’t want stole They stole the spare change we had in the car for toll booths. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to visit New York City
Tiny and dark room with powerful AC. Convenient location with a good mix of entertainment, retail and F&B. Really needs an update on furnishing and design. Everything works but it’s kinda sad looking

The cleanliness was very sub standard. The responses frombstaff were slow.
I did not like anything about the property.
