I booked and paid for a room for 4 days. I ended up going a day late due to my son being sick. So when I arrived they told me they gave my reservation away. And they were also going to charge me a fee for arriving late. I at that point I didn’t want to stay there at all but ended getting a room with one bed instead of the single I reserved. The room was outdated. Things were broken and it was very small. Red stains in room. I can only assume blood. Changed room, and the next room had same issue. Staff were friendly and helpful though.

カードキーが最悪。何度差し込んでも反応せず、たった2泊の間にカードの交換や修理スタッフを呼んだり、不便極まりなかった。 また、たまたま居合わせた米国内の中高生と思われるの団体数十名が一階で座り込んでいたり、ニューヨークの割に安価ではあったが、ビジネスでの利用には適さない。

First time in the last year I was not able to check in at least a little early. Also my tv didn’t have sound on several channels. Called and someone stopped by eventually and noted the channels and was going to reset them, but never did.
