Cambiaron mi reservación y me dieron una sola cama para 3 personas me hicieron dormir en el piso una noche
Air conditioner barely worked and room was extremely hot. Mentioned something to front desk but never was fixed or followed up on. Very limited seating for breakfast and so many people it took a long time to get food. Elevator broke and had to walk 23 flights of stairs.
Terrible hotel with small rooms. Everything was just cramped into the room, not even small space to walk. Elevators were always busy taking forever to come.
