It was worst stay ever. Lifted were not working some days and no water in the evening. 1st room we were checked in was dirty . 2nd room was allocated and when we went on 17 th floor to check in to the 2nd room. The door was jammed & they called engineer to fix it which took half an hr & we were stranded in the corridor with our luggage. Would never recommend this hotel to an enemy. Total nightmare
Buenas tardes, no me gustó el servicio mi baño estaba lleno de cabello y solicité cambio de habitación siendo las 12:40 am no lo hicieron aparte después de esto me bañé y la tina se llenó de agua, salimos y cuando regresamos el agua estaba ahí, nuevamente me tocó bajar a recepción y solicitar qe la revisaran esto fue a las 4 de la mañana. Falta limpieza
El hotel tiene buena ubicación, pero me hicieron doble cargo del hospedaje, me cargaron el deposito más toda la estadía que ya estoy pagando por medio de Expedia, el banco esta rechazando la reclamación y del hotel nadie responde.
Facilities are too old (mirror, air conditionind, etc.), many broken, need better maintenance and replacements.
The place looks like they haven’t done maintenance in a while. We stayed there for a week and 1 out of the 2 elevators was broken. We stayed on the 35 floor so stairs wasn’t really an option. We had to text them so the elevator guy would come pick us up at our floor. The staff was nice. The room was tiny but I guess that’s normal in NY.
Worse Holiday Innhotel ever It was terrible stay at this Holiday Inn as half of the breakfast items were missing during our stay and only one lift was working and it took 30 minutes anytime if it worked. Also, they had person standing inside to have them take to the floor of their choice for workers and if anybody complained. The beds were broken and for the price you get nothing.
