Me cargaron de nuevo la cantidad total del hotel
Front desk staff have 0 communication skills because not only they lied on a mistake in their part but they tried to justified it. This caused my room not getting cleaned in my first day of stay.
I would never stay at this hotel. Though the hotel itself was decent, the booking process and management was terrible. The price is way up and costly for what it offers. Other hotels around are cheaper and with better options.

I've never checked reviews for a Holiday Inn Express before, but I wish I had before booking this hotel. Ordinarily, I can rely on HI Express to follow a standard template of being clean, well maintained, with lots of amenities. While this hotel is centrally located in NYC with a great breakfast area, has friendly, helpful staff, and a clean lobby, sheets, and towels, the rest of the property leaves a lot to be desired.
