Terrible el servicio del personal de Front Desk. Es un edificio de 36 pisos y les falló un elevador que no pudieron arreglar al menos en 5 días. Todos nos movíamos por un elevador, con largas filas y tiempos de espera muy largos y le daban prioridad para mover sus carros de trabajo. Primero ellos y después nosotros. El cuarto era más chico de lo que aparentaba en la foto. NUNCA REGRESARÉ A ESTE HOTEL.
Elevators didn’t work and we climbed 25 flights of stairs to get to our room one evening. Had to call front desk asking for them to manually send elevator to our floor multiple times. Room keys demagnetized multiple times so couldn’t access room door. Great location, felt sorry for staff doing best they can. Property owner and holiday inn brand should be embarrassed as these issues aren’t new based on reads of prior reviews. Fix your stuff!
Horrible stay It was horrible 1 elevator was broken and the other never worked. We had to walk down 24 flights of stairs each time we wanted to leave the hotel. Also my bathroom stuff was Stolen out of my room while I was out. I paid a large amount of money for valet parking and had to walk 4 blocks with all of my belongings to retrieve my car.

the property is dirty, first night we uncovered dead bug shells and skin underneath the bed sheets, took pics and should them to desk personell, czble was not goid and no volumne on some TV channels bug
