For the price it was not worth it!! The only good thing about this hotel is that it was walking distance to times square, other than that it was not worth the money. The dresser was gross - we left our clothes in our suitcases, and made sure nothing was touching the floor!!! the pictures online are nothing like the room - it is so outdated and damaged! We paid for a king size bed but it was not a king, it was a queen and they did nothing about it. never even tried to have breakfast - the area is not much bigger than a closet... read more
1. Umgebung im Drogendealer-Milieu (Drogenkonsum rund um das Hotel) 2. Unsere beiden Zimmer lagen in der 17. und 22.Etage, nicht nahe beisammen, obwohl wir eine Familie waren. 3. Ziemlich heruntergekommenes Hotel (Unser Zimmer in der 22. Etage :Bad ohne Duschvorhang, Rost an den Türgelenken, abgebrochene Türrahmen zum Bad, hölzerne Spiegelverkleidung abgeplatzt, Bilder zu diesen Schäden sind vorhanden) 4. 35 Stockwerke und nur 2 Fahrstühle, die immer stark besetzt waren. Our experience in this holiday inn wasn’t what we expect! First the people working in the lobby receiving guests needed to be better trained to deal with guests/customers. Rudeness on the way she talks to everyone. Personally when asking about the amount it was been charged, she couldn’t be able to explained me anything and just said it should pay ( which it was obvious, and just want to understand my check).
