Very outdated hotel for the cost of room, very dirty rooms, with torn curtains, wall stains and noisy hallways. Breakfast… bad
NYC inspection posted on the building is a C. The area around the hotel had sidewalks littered with feces, used needles and many homeless individuals. The interior of the hotel is very worn. Old towels, many cracked tiles in the shower, my coworkers mattress was an upside down pillowtop, mine was slanted. The whole room was dark and as depressing as the area around the hotel.

Not only was the hotel in bad shape, but I was given a key to a room someone else was occupying, and in the middle of the night, I frightened the person asleep in their room. The second room I was given still needed to be cleaned. I walked into unmade beds and trash everywhere. I left the hotel for another. The other colleagues who stayed mentioned the smell in each room was overwhelmingly bad. Médiocre Personnel désagréable. Clef qui se démagnétisé tous les deux jours. Ascenseur que l on attend beaucoup. Salle de petit déjeuner de 50 personnes donc inutile de dire la galère pour avoir une table le matin. Seul point positif, proximité de Time Square. C est rout
Cheap hotel which is pretty run down, dirty corridors, broken power socket plates, shelving pulling out of the wall. Aircon was not working but to their credit they fixed it ASAP when I reported it - Staff are friendly and responsive.
I liked that the area was in a area that is easy to get around the city, but the hotel was not the best experience. Our room was right by the elevator, so we woke up through the night due to it sounding like thunder each time the elevator went up or down. . One day we requested not to have our room cleaned so I went to the desk twice and asked if I could have towels and toilet paper.
