The breakfast was good, they didn't supply trash bags for room, tooth paste on hair dryer in bath room. Someone came into room while gone & didn't clean or supply new soap. The elevator was terrible they weren't running properly full & over crowded I almost missed break because the elevator was so full the four times it stop on my floor I had to walk down 15 floors early in the morning & walk back up smh

Keycard doesn’t work all the time very inconvenient we need to get new keycard every time we come back to the hotel and We got bites from bed bugs.

I liked the convenience of walking to various dining I didn’t like the drug addicts shooting up just meters from the front door ….there’s construction scaffolding that gives these people some coverage so the lingered there. Our hotel also had a scaffold in the front… that was partially our view The hotel is old and not much was working properly We had to wait for hours to get our safe / entry latch to work , the bathroom sink was clogged, towels were old and stained … room was poorly lit … it didn’t meet our standards at all... read more
