Hotel rooms were dirty. I got switched because the first room the sheets had weird stains on them and the AC vent was full of dust. The next room had a very noisy AC until also filled with dust and there were stains and and old bag of chips left behind the bed. I was grossed out… I would never stay there again.

Bad experience The hotel needs a big renovation, toooo old ,furniture old and the mattress aren't comfortable, the shower dosen't works and the fun to, rooms are to small and not enough lights.
Front desk staff are rude and don't seem to care when problems arise. They treat customers like they yield all the power and with immense attitude. Our room had a urine soaked mattress that housekeeping just put clean sheets on and when we brought it to their attention, the front desk staff were not very empathetic at all. The housekeeping supervisor was great to speak to though. The keys for the room deactivate each day but they don't tell you that. The Hotel was Dirty, a lot of Hommes people around the Hotel, the Personal was unfrindly
