front desk employee was very rude
The hotel was not as advertised on the website! It is in a bad area of NYC. The condition of the room was terrible. Room was really small with no space to walk, bathrooms was very old, air conditioner was so loud that you couldn’t sleep and no housekeeping! This cost me over $330 a night! Not worth it at all! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!
Breakfast was terrible, 2 elevators for 34 floors. Do not get close to this hotel.
Check in was not given until 3:30. Check in staff was unprofessional and not friendly or informative
The only thing unique about this property was that the management were game to even offer it to the public!. The staff were offhand, unhelpful, and the hotel was overcrowded and surely did not satisfy safety requirements

I never do these but given the conditions of this place I will not be staying here again. Arrived to get a room that smelt so terrible only to find out when we removed our shoes that the floor was saturated with water. Thankfully we were moved to another room. Very small rooms and the condition of everything was not good.
First, one of 2 elevators was broken since months ago. It took 30 minutes just to go up to room and down to lobby! Second, I asked for a towel and it took 4 hours to get it. Forget about sitting down for the free breakfast, I had to eat standing up in the lobby. Third, the advertised parking fee was $50 but when I arrived they told me it was $65. Do NOT stay at this hotel!
