El personal del front desk es bien poco profesional, los elevadores siempre estaban dañados, tuve que bajar 16 pisos con mis maletas, y la gerente una señora de nombre blanca me dijo que si ella pudiera mandaba a hacer 2 elevadores nuevos son bien pocos profesionales, ese hotel no lo recomiendo
Not the best The elevators were terrible. One wasn’t in service. The other took forever. Thankfully we were on the 10th floor and could take the stairs. No ice in the ice machine. Just not a great place. Good location was about it.
Outdated facility, only one lift working for entire stay. Up to 30 min wait to get to your room. Won’t be back.
Did not expext holiday inn's service to drop this much. The front staff was unfriendly. I was given a room which smelled wierd and was not cleaned properly with hair and dirty spots in washroom. Upon complaint the room was changed. The new room was just ok in terms of cleaning. There were more than 30 floors in the hotel with only 2 elevators and one of them was out of order. Walking distance to times square
Do not stay here EVER The worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Hotel.com should take off their list. The condition of the hotel was nothing short of dangerous. The lift situation beyond appalling, one out of order the other barely functioning. Why was the hotel allowed to stay open? Queue for lift literally out the door. We missed a meeting as we could not get down from 32 floor for almost 45min!!!! I could go on! AVOID at all cost!!!!

The hotel was in much more disrepair than we'd expected. It wasn't unclean for a rundown hotel but one of the elevator stalled with people inside requiring intervention multiple times and was out of service entirely multiple times. The room key lock for the stairwell was broken as well making the stairs inaccessible even when the elevator was out of use.
