Trying to get into an elevator at this hotel is nearly impossible. There is only two elevators and cannot accommodate the guests. We ended up having to carry all our luggage down 8 flights of stairs. The rooms are tiny and very little storage area. The area around the hotel is dirty and stinks.
The listing states rooms are soundproof, I heard people inside and outside the hotel and also vehicular noise such as beeping all night long. There is nothing soundproof about these rooms. I was on a high floor I cannot even imagine what a low floor is like. My room did not have a shower curtain when I got there. I asked for one at the front desk and was told one would be brought up. No friendly services and room appliances
My experience was terrible. Firstly, the line for check in was unnecessarily long. The other front desk person on duty simply failed to do anything. The 2 small elevators were excruciatingly slow, and were even worse during peak times like check in and breakfast. Speaking of, breakfast was barely tolerable. The food was over cooked and sparse. Less than mediocre. Wont recommend or be back We were there for 5 days. It did not appear our floors were vacuumed or bathroom floor mopped. There was still particles left behind the door from day before and on carpet. Sink in bathroom slow drain about 30 mins, so brushing teeth or washing had to wait to use sink. The area around the hotel was ok and accessible to many things. The service was awful. We needed towels that took 3 hours to get after a long day and needing a shower we had to wait. The person at the front was fairly rude when we requested towels. Also, every time we tried to get in our room the key would not work. We had to go back down and get it reactivated. Not clean staff and elevator not working
Not great at all.
Very poor service. One elevator broke down. So no room could be cleaned and almost impossible to go up or down without wasting a lot of time
