No one told us that we could have to wait 45 mins to get our car from valet parking. We missed an important reservation because we were told there was nothing they could do to help us get out car sooner and that we had to wait.
Our hotel stay was, simply put, a nightmare. From an inefficient check-in with payment issues to disrespectful treatment of our personal belongings by the cleaning staff, our trust in the hotel's management was shattered. On day two, our room was not serviced, and our access was unexpectedly blocked. Despite showing evidence of payment on my credit card statement, we were double charged. Nothing, it was my worst experience in Holiday Inn, probably never opt for Holiday Inn again in life, shabby bathroom and room, lift takes forever to come, vegetarian food options not available, dining area very small, no restaurant in hotel, only 2 small water bottles per day, no water taps to fill water bottles, had to buy water from outside all days.

Dirty and no working One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Dirty, toilet and sink leaking, water in the tub stucked in the drain…… Made a claim and were very rude saying make a complain, we have 3 hotels, etc…
Holiday Inn put my family to next door Hampton Inn although I booked and paid for Holiday Inn at higher floor. Hampton Inn offered us room at 10th floor, the shower room at bath was so narrow and flow of water was so slow, we would have to ask for shower cap, shower gel from front desk. Took two days to get towels even asking the front desk. Someone put food outside our door and they never picked it up. Outside there were tons of homeless one had a needle in. His arm shooting up drugs.
