NO VAYAN!!! No limpian los cuartos!!! Solo los limpian cada 5 días y su excusa es el Covid… sin embargo sería todo lo contrario ya q deben sanitizar continuamente … y si no estás en el cuarto xq sales a visitar, no hay contacto físico. Más bien lo hacen para reducir costos, pero eso no se vale xq pagas x ello y no lo mencionan en las características del hospedaje en Expedía. Ho riscontrato parecchi disservizi rispetto a ciò che era indicato nella descrizione. Vado elencondoli: 1. Mi hanno trattenuto per errore piu di 1000 eurl O dal prezzo prestabilito, riaccreditandomeli una settimana dopo. 2. Tra i servizi viene indicato la pulizia giornaliera mentre in hotel ci è stato detto che le camere vengono pulite OGNI 5 GIORNI (credevo non potesse neanche esistere UN HOTEL che pulisce la stanza e cambia la biancheria OGNI 5 GIORNI) 3. Typisches 3 Sterne Hotel in New York. Unfreundlicher und desinteressierter Mitarbeiter am Checkin, waren um 13:30 Uhr da, kein Checkin vor 15 Uhr möglich, keine Gepäckabgabe bis dahin möglich. Die anderen Mitarbeiter/innen ansonsten freundlich. Frühstück muss online bestellt werden, Lieferung ca. 1 Stunde oder mehr. Von aussen siehts es furchtbar aus, innen ist ok. Lage ist gut, Umgebung ist häßlich.
well to begging with, we had to ask for extra pillows 3 times, we had to ask for a remote for the TV, the sower would work only if you open the sink, the toilet was very dirty, curtains and window was dirty have photos and videos as prove. I made the reservation WITH BREAKFAST INCLUDED and come to find put that there was NO BREAKFAST. Paid almost $450 for that type of service. Will make sure I WILL NOT COME BACK HERE.
Worst hotel ever, I wish I'd seen the bad reviews Honestly the worst hotel I've ever been in and the fact that this hotel is listed as three stars and has a 7.6/10 rating on hotels.com makes me distrust all hotels.com reviews from now on. I got in late at night and went up to my room through the gag-worthy elevators and hallways. When I got to my room it reeked of smoke so I left the windows open. I was there 10 days and there was no cleaning room service, I had to go to front desk to ask supplies and one of the from desk guys had very bad attitude. I got charged 150 usd more to my credit card vs what Expedia said the hotel was charging.

The room was not clean enough, some mud on carpet, unchewed gum on bed sheets, no trashcan, water damage on walls, air infiltration on windows making the bathroom really cold. The bathroom curtain was not large enough, so water splashes below curtain. Coffee maker do not have filters or the corresponding pods to operate. Hope they fix it.
