"CON ARTIST DOWNTOWN HONDA" I would give honda downtown 0 stars if I could. First of all, if anyone saw the pictures of my contract I will attach to this review, you'll see why. I leased a base model civic (Civic LX 2017) and this car is worth $20000 but this dealer (the finance person helped me with the car the whole time) put the cost of my car as almost $31000. I fist called 2 days ago to confirm if they had a part in stock they confirmed it was available and ready for pick up. I drove over 1 hr in LA traffic. Once I was showed I spoke to a young man and he confirmed the part was not available I explained that I had called earlier and they told me it was in stock he then asked me who I spoke to and I did not have a name. the staff are very rude and disrespectful, specially the manager and director. they dont have work ethics. thats why their business is very slow. becareful !
I originally gave 5 starts to this dealership back on 08/23/17, service was good, Steve Aguayo and Chris S. were great but the sad part is that they sold me a lemon. Exactly 30 days after I purchased my car there at Honda DT the car shut off and came to a full stop in the middle of the road while I was driving it! I bought a 2017 Honda Accord. I was there for 5 hours and they never even gave me the lock for my reins. The car had no gas either. They've refused to answer my phone calls. As a result, I don't recommend their services.
