Came in yesterday and got the three-piece signature hot honey dipped. The chicken was crispy outside and juicy inside, and the hot honey sauce was amazing--it had the perfect sweet-heat kick. I skipped the sides since the three pieces with rolls filled me up. The flavors were fantastic, and the place is super cute. You order through a QR code, so it's quick and easy. Can't wait to go back and try more!
Honeymoon chicken was highly anticipated. The viral chicken spot has gained a lot of traction in DC within the last couple of years. I orders a few different items. A few of them were seasonal. The chicken is delicious and the sides are incredible. The hot honey cauliflower is my favorite food item in all of DC whoever created this dish - Bravo! Only ordered takeout/delivery so can't speak to the eat in experience.
This place has been on my list since I moved to DC and I finally made it! It's smaller inside than I thought, just a bar counter and a few booths. We were sat and got water and menus immediately and were able to order within a few minutes! I tried the chicken sandwich with a side of mac n cheese and it was amazing. Great chicken! Always served hot and the staff are very friendly!! Their sides are good as well. I've had their honey butter rolls, honey dipped sprouts, and fries. Everything was great!
Yummy! What I look in a Caesar wrap is 1. portability, 2. dressing on the thicker side, and 3. crisp greens (doesn't always have to be lettuce). This one checks all those boxes.
The chicken is good, so is the fries and mash potatoes. The staff is friendly and has good customer service!
Eaten here many times and I've always had a great experience. I've normally get the different sandwiches and the Arnold Palmer and enjoyed them immensely. This time I kade a catering order of the 4 whole chickens, 40 wings, and sides for a party. The fried chicken is always a hit! Definitely go for the spicy version. Tried a friend chicken bucket and the honey buns. Buns were very tasty and enjoyable however I was not impressed by the chicken. There was A LOT of thick skin and fat layer in the chicken they used which I didn't enjoy. I also found it to be really oily comparative to other places. Overall the seasoning was good but due to the other negatives I wouldn't recommend.
