Worth the hype!! To a trip to DC for this from VA. It was worth it and it took it to go and it was still nice and crispy. They were super friendly and the place was very nice gave me old school dinner vibes! Definitely best fried chicken a had in a long time!!!

Food was very good! The table ordered 3 pieces of chicken, mac and cheese, rolls, a caesar wrap, and a mango blueberry lemonade. Everything was soo good and the chicken wasn't too greasy. The service was pretty basic if you're at a table, you order on your phone and the food is brought over. The place has a diner vibe, it's pretty small inside. I finally made it here! After seeing so many instagram reels from here I'd been dying to try this place. the service was excellent! We sat at the bar and we ordered on our phones thru toast tab. We were served quickly and as we ordered it. The details were taken care of. The chicken was juicy and crispy and well seasoned. The variety of sauces were a lovely accompaniment. Wanted to go here for quite some time to try the chicken. Finally made it and while it was good, it wasn't quite worth the anticipation/wait. The chicken just felt like it was lacking something in the seasoning department. Excellent presentation! I'm a big sauce guy. Really good chicken sandwich and not that spicy! There's a good balance of sweet and spicy. Bread got soggy pretty fast but overall, I would definitely come again. You order using the QR code on the table and the food arrived very quickly. It's a great casual spot to eat by yourself or to meet up with people.

I've had this catered to work here and there and it's is absolutely amazing! I can't speak to the atmosphere due to this but the food is so great and the sauces I haven't found one I didn't like yet!

Ok seriously soooo delicious! From the outside I definitely wasn't expecting my taste buds to be hit like they were! Cool neighborhood spot! The chicken sandwiches are amazing! I've had a few :) the sides are proportionate and delicious . The service was good - everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was warming. Definitely returning! AND SOON!
