They were able to get us right in to evaluate our dog. Unfortunately the outcome was putting him down as nothing could be done to save him, and they were very professional and caring. They made a difficult day easier for us.

I can't recommend horse heaven hills pet urgent care enough. I'd trust my babies to come back here in a heartbeat. From the moment we walked in we felt cared for, we were treated with the upmost kindness and most importantly we felt welcomed and un-judged. Dr. Marni Hamack and Racheal did a fantastic job and listened to our wants as well as treating our baby like it was their own. Very Professional and Organized. They truly take the time and seem to care about the animals that they see. If you have any questions they respond to you in a quickly manner! I highly recommend them as I also appreciate that they're open 7 days a week. First Class Place!!!!
I cant say enough! I've never been to a vet place where the exam rooms are like living rooms and the owner is encouraged to participate so the animal is not so stressed. From the reception to the techs to the vet, I felt like everyone really cared. Finally a place I feel I can trust with our boys!! What an amazing experience!!!
Dr. Goodman was the best. Showed she actually cared about the physical well being of my little companion. Very transparent with treatments, cost of everything, and everything else. Got me in the same day due to them thinking my matter was urgent. Will be bringing my pet back 10/10.
I will start this with an emotional warning. We did come in with a 14 year old dog who had been struggling and we did have to say goodbye. With that said I couldn't imagine a better way to be able to say goodbye to our baby. From the second we walked in the door the staff was friendly and attentive and most of all greeted Pucky like an old friend. Dr Erickson was thorough and compassionate in the diagnosis of a terminal issue through an urgent care visit. She provided options and information to us and then they guided us through the process to have our sweet girl put down a few days later when all our family could be there.

I would give 10 stars if it were possible. I don't know where to start. I have been going to Horse Heaven Hills Urgent Care with all my pets. They have always given supreme care. My 1 1/2 year old Yorkie consumed my elderly fathers medication two days ago. The staff at HHH was so amazing. They never gave us false hope in regards to our dogs outcome.
