Dr. Goodman was the best. Showed she actually cared about the physical well being of my little companion. Very transparent with treatments, cost of everything, and everything else. Got me in the same day due to them thinking my matter was urgent. Will be bringing my pet back 10/10.
I will start this with an emotional warning. We did come in with a 14 year old dog who had been struggling and we did have to say goodbye. With that said I couldn't imagine a better way to be able to say goodbye to our baby. From the second we walked in the door the staff was friendly and attentive and most of all greeted Pucky like an old friend. Dr Erickson was thorough and compassionate in the diagnosis of a terminal issue through an urgent care visit. She provided options and information to us and then they guided us through the process to have our sweet girl put down a few days later when all our family could be there.

I would give 10 stars if it were possible. I don't know where to start. I have been going to Horse Heaven Hills Urgent Care with all my pets. They have always given supreme care. My 1 1/2 year old Yorkie consumed my elderly fathers medication two days ago. The staff at HHH was so amazing. They never gave us false hope in regards to our dogs outcome. I have been a dog and cat owner for decades, including owning a mushing kennel in Alaska. Without exception, this is, by far, the nicest veterinary clinic I have ever been to. The facility, and the staff are excellent. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. We saw Dr. Erickson, the practice owner. This place is wonderful. Went there when my dog was not eating. It was an emergency case. They got us in that day. They did what they could for our sweet Dug. Dr Wilson was so carrying through this hard time. It was a less then a week later and we had to put him down. Again emergency situation and the staff was wonderful. When I get a new pet I will be going to them. Calm atmosphere for both you and your pet. Thank you for everything.

Normally I don't write reviews but I had a WAY better experience here verses the pet emergency in Pasco. The office was clean and cozy as was the exam room. It didn't feel like a hospital but like a home where by dog could sit on the coach with me. I called first thing in the morning today and they got me in within 2 hrs even though they were busy. It became obvious my dog had an ear infection after a sleepless Saturday night - The struggle was to find someone open on Sunday or MLK Monday.. I didn't want to wait for our regular vet to open on Tuesday because those things only get worse..
