Under new management and you can tell by the crowd that it attracts and also the people that work there from front desk to management that I encounter with was poor customer service. There was one lady who wore her hair in golden blond shark Mohawk style who we was trying to by something from their snack shop who instantly turned down money by saying "We don't take cash" the tone in her voice was terrible then a guy stated he would take the money and got us to grab what we was paying for. Not a very clean hotel for one. Took over two hours, three phones calls and a trip to the front desk to get towels and a roll away bed for my kids. We left after the first nights stay. Poor customer service.
Customer service sucked!!! The buffet waitresses won't get anything for ya u have to wait 20 to 30 mins for service. Not coming back.
I was upset that the staff keep putting me on hold, transferring my calls and wasting two hours of my life for a simple answer. They did not have anywhere for me to store my 1 year olds milk. I ended up using the sink and ice. Their fridge is a cooler and not cold enough for milk. Something that I think all employees should know when asked about. Also the parking is not free!!!! They charged me $13 a day for this free parking���. I definitely won't be back.
Our room was less than, let's just say "tidy." One sheet had blood on it, a pillowcase had black "smudges" on it, a swimsuit bikini liner(goes in bikini bottoms at store bc of multiple people trying them on before purchase) was found stuck to sink counter, shower was flooding because drain was SO clogged with soap scum and copious amounts of hair, etc. After informing management, a housekeeper was promptly sent to take care of each issue, but as far as compensating my sisters for ANY of the bill, didn't happen. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Worst hotel experience ever!!! Only stayed here because of a wedding I was attending and the guests were secured a block of rooms (at a discount). Called a week ahead of my reservation to ask for early check in. I was told to call the morning of my reservation and request my room be ready early. The woman that answered the phone was very short with me- said to be there around 1:30 and she should have a room available and that the hotel was full and hung up the phone. If I could give this place a zero, I would. My sister got married here last weekend and they were awful. She spoke with 3 different people in their sales department within the year they were planning their wedding. Every person had something different for the rooms that were blocked off. They lost at least 5 reservations and had nothing to say about it. Their sales team and the front desk do not talk at all about anything.
