Get directionsThere were too many upcharges that you weren't expecting. our bill was over $300 on checkout on top of our reservation amount. The room smelled like mildew and the walls were paper thin. We barely slept as you could hear everyone that walked by. It was overcrowded with people who were not even staying there. Was the opposite of comfortable and relaxing.

For being very expensive you would think the shower would have hot water, and if it did not you would think the staff would work to keep you happy. Both of these were not met after paying almost $500 for a hotel room for 1 night. Very disappointing.

They said at check in, “ooo you booked through a third party”. Although the Del was not close to fully booked we were placed in a room off of the receiving, recycling and construction dump. The room was unfit. The noises waking you went on at all hours. The staff was super friendly and it is “The Del”, but if you don’t get any sleep it’s a fail.
