We had a queen bed and it was supposed to be a king. Tub was stopped up the entire time even though we called multiple times. Toilet was broken a bunch too! ☹️

Dirty #delmemories Long line (30 minutes) at front desk upon arrival. Leftover food found in mini refrigerator, dirty clothes left in room under bed from previous guest and carpet had visible debris under pull-out sofa and inside closet. Guest services agreed to a 50% credit for first night after a long argument. The dirty room, particularly with our Covid concerns, was inexcusable. Very Disappointed ): Disappointed with the overall experience. Covid-19 definitely impacted their operation to where you felt limited. Our room faced the court yard which was nice with all the trees and plants. I expected the rooms to be more immaculate, the carpet was stained, TV cabinet was old and worn. The balcony was not cleaned/ floor was dirty, seat cushions stained, large sections of Paint was peeling from the ceiling boards, the white wooden railing was dirty from grime. The room was old and nothing like the photos Expedia posted. And I could not change or get a better room just because I had to call Expedia. This was my bday vacation that they destroyed so I will not use their services anymore.
The location is amazing. The old building is old and rundown. The restaurants are about what you would expect from a resort; great views and up to date layout and average food and service
Not Worth The $$$$ Horrible check-in experience! With only 2 people in line ahead of us, it still took over 40 minutes for them to tell us our room wasn't ready. Then, after paying a premium for a room ("cabana") with an "ocean view" we got a normal room overlooking the pool. Color me unimpressed, and the staff was unwilling to do anything to make it right.
