Staff was quick to handle the customer's needs, even for those who were walk-ins without an appointment.!
Business response:
We are thrilled to learn that you had a great experience!
Appointment scheduled via phone for 3:50 was actually 4:15. This was not explained and was critical for 96 yo patient with illness.
Business response:

I was post op to have a stat ultrasound ofy legs. Dr Pham sent me over and his staff said it would be done in the next30 minutes. I sat for over 2 plus hours as I watched patient after strong patient go on for their test I would be told "2 more and then you.". It was horrible on my post op body. Thank God Wendy was the ultrasound tech. An angel . Professional, gentle, soft spoken, detailed. She soften and improves the whole experience. Why would they accept a stat of they could not do a stat. Shame.

The wait was 40 minutes. Too long to sit there unnecessarily.
Business response:
Thank you for taking time to share your feedback. I imagine your experience was very frustrating, and I'm sorry you had to wait so long to be seen. I will certainly pass this along to our management so they can review the processes at our center to determine how we can improve. Again, apologies for the wait and thanks for letting us know.
well done would have stopped there but your stupid form requires 10 characters minimum programmer seems to have forgotten that comment size would be zero if not providing feedback at all you are programmatically preventing succinct reviews

I made 2 trips to the imaging center because they didn’t have my authorization and didn’t tell me they didn’t 1 1/2 hours later. The first visit cost me a retired senior $9.00 for nothing. First I checked myself in ( I don’t work for the Imaging Center) then when I’m explaining the issue to the young receptionist she wanted to talk over me. If we have to make our appointments with our authorizations and the information on them is provided to you, why do you need to have them? You don’t keep them as mine was returned to m... read more

Had to wait over one hour. Had scan of neck and told to arrive 30 minutes early. So arrived at 4:30. Scan was done at 6:00 pm.
The two technicians who did my tests were wonderful. They explained the test, helped me relax, and were very efficient. What I really did NOT like is that the televisions were very loud in the waiting room, and they were sports. The people at the front desk seemed to have some kind of ability to watch sports at their station. People are anxious, upset, etc. when they are waiting. Why are you blasting sports on all the tv's? it was truly horrible.
Business response:
We appreciate you taking time to rate us and provide helpful feedback! I'm sorry the TVs were loud and all on sports. We will share this feedback with our leadership!
I went to Huntington Hill Imaging Center- Fair Oaks on Friday morning, 7/26, for an abdominal ultrasound appointment that my endocrinologist from the City of Hope- Pasadena ordered. When it was time for my appointment, the nurse who retrieved me from the waiting room did not introduce herself. Instead she asked why I was there. I told her my doctor referred me to the Hill for an abdominal ultrasound because I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and was told to have multiple ultrasounds and blood tests done to try and understand... read more
