My first experience receiving CT scan. Receptionist was caring and knowledgeable. When called in for procedure staff not personable, quick through questions didn’t ask if I had any., quite robotic. Lot’s of staff interaction within themselves about their personal lives/party. Technicians kind, no explanation of process only to listen to directions from machine. No assistance to stand or inquiring if help needed. Discouraged with this location lack of interest with patients.

The x-ray tec was so mean and blunt. He spoke to my son like he was captain spoke to a soldier. My son was only 9 years old.

Minimal weight time. Facilities were very clean. Staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. The young lady nurse/MA who prepped my IV for the contrast was very good and my MRI technicians were very good.
Wait time was minimal. Clean facility. Staff was great, very efficient. My Nurse/MA who hooked up my IV for the MRI with Contrast was great! My MRI technicians were amazing! Great overall experience!

The clinic looks very old and tired. There were stains on all the upholstered seats and the carpet. This is not reflect a modern and well kept clinic. Even the robes were old and tattered. If I had a choice, I would not come back here. Also requiring us to submit to request test results I think is terrible. The patient should always get a copy of their test results. The practice to be very archaic and does not help to advocate for the patient’s health

What’s with the price of the parking you should validate for at least two hours that’s what it took me.

Thank you for providing feedback. I'm very sorry about the parking costs. Unfortunately we do not manage the garage, and we too are frustrated about the costs. Please know we do have other centers with free parking, pendending on what procedure you may need. Again apologies for the high fees.
