Everything was great. Easy check in with help available if needed. Technicians were courteous & professional !
Check in.process slow, l had to remind your employee that I had a $200 co-pay, was reminded by phone, text and email to bring my order yet no one asked for it. Worse was when I went to my doctor 5 days latter you hadn’t sent results because of error. When my doctor’s office called your office they said were waiting on tech who would be in around 11that morning.

I do not like that medical staff do not mask, or mask improperly, around patients that can be immunocompromised. During my appointment, I saw barefaced staff or staff with a baggly blue mask with their noses sticking out, which looks unprofessional and ridiculous. COVID - 19 is still the 3rd leading cause of death and neurological (brain) illness (dementia, Parkinson’s, “brain fog”). My paperwork got left on the reception desk. I sat for over an hour and finally asked why I had not been called in for my mammogram. The girl at the desk was quite rude and asked if I had “just come in and sat down” instead of checking to see what the delay was. Then she found the registration paper that had been left on the desk.
