In for a PET scan. First the admission area has been turned into a virtual sign in. No welcome just" type your information." From there I proceeded tonthe intake area where the edition wa administered. This tech p was quick and profesional.and this part was carefully explained. Then moving in to the actual scan room; no explanations. No questions no support offered. During the procedure not a word was spoken to me. No update as to how much longer the scan would be. I was a walk in and all other walk ins were taken before me. The other patients asked why also. It’s not a fair process.

I went in for Ct scan w/ contrast. The technician placed the needle wrong. He kept on wiggling it around. I was wondering what the problem was… Finally, when the contrast was going in, it felt like my arm was going to explode.! It was extremely painful and I was terrified because the machine told me not to breathe.! When they walked in and told me the test was over my arm felt like it was on fire and was going to explode. My experience was great. Checking in was quick and having two procedures done there went quickly. Everyone was very friendly.
