I recently purchased a fairly expensive luxury car from Husker Auto. I couldn't be happier with the entire transaction. I was certainly apprehensive of purchasing such a vehicle "online" without ever seeing it in person. I'm happy to say that the car was in beautiful condition and exactly as described. If anybody wants a new ride but has their setbacks or worries, see Greg Brady over at Husker Auto off 27th and I-80. Between him and I, we made history yesterday, literal miracles happened We bought our SUV on Tuesday night. I brought it in to get detailed Thursday. Picked up my car from having major repairs done. They were amazing!! Obviously they listened to reviews and made changes!!! Super friendly and great service!!! As per my previous review they gave me a rental to get back to Des Moines on time for school and my husbands flight. Prices were comparable to other places and they stay open a little later on the weekends. Car is running great now with the major engine work they had to do! Thanks Kraig n Brandon for making my purchase of My 2012 VW Tiguan a pleasant experience! Kraig was not a Pushy salesman and listened and answered my questions! I'm just a little confused as to why the Tiguan is still listed On your website, but other than that, there were people tht told me Tht I shouldn't go to Husker, but I'm glad I did!

I had been in to Husker on multiple occasions before and experienced many of the bad things people have state. I decided to give them a chance but with the caveat that at the first sign of high pressure sales or any BS I was out the door never to return. I will say they beat everyone in price by a good amount and were nothing but honest with me and kept me informed about everything. I had quite a bad experience with Husker Auto, but they went out of their way to make it right, and I was actually very impressed with their attention to customer service. I hope that they keep up that attitude. That is what inspires people return to the same dealer over and over. Thank-you.

I absolutely love the service department at BMW. I have had my car for 2.5 years and they have been nothing but accommodating for me when I need service. I live in Omaha and they always come get my car and leave me with a loaner. Mike there is wonderful to work with!
