All I can say is the used car place may attack you when you arrive on the lot but do your research before hand and do as much through email as possible and they are pretty decent to deal with. I wanted a specific car and the used car dealer was much more helpful than the new car dealer was and found me exactly what I wanted then got it here within 4 days. Bought a vehicle from these guys and the paperwork and whole process has turn into a giant joke. I will NEVER come here again. Car was to be ready by a certain time, however I had to wait 6 hours later. Paperwork was also 2 hours late.

Bought a used 2018 Suburban from them a month ago. Initial agreement was I would buy depending on how the paint and detail came out. When I got there a couple days later it was mostly clean... and the paint looked nice. Primarily because they kept it inside so I couldn't look at it in the sunlight. Someone I knew recently bought a vehicle here, and I was not impressed when I saw its condition. I have worked at Chevrolet dealerships before. It seemed unprofessional that they did not even attempt to clean the car or fill it up with fuel before giving it to the customer. The sale itself was fine and the dealership is a nice place, it's just extremely unprofessional to sell a car in an absolutely filthy condition.

Buying the vehicle went somewhat smoothly; however, after buying the truck is a different experience. The Finance Dept told us false information re: interest and when it would be charged. Multiple messages were left that were never returned. Promises were made and not followed through on. This isn't our first new car and we have NEVER been treated this way by a dealership. The treatment a customer receives after purchase is just as important.
If you are a single WOMAN with a child...do NOT purchase a vehicle from Husker Auto....they will totally take advantage of you... My daughter purchased a van from them February 15, 2018 because she needed a vehicle that her son's wheelchair would fit in...today is March 14, 2018 and the deal is still not done...they have made her come back and sign different paperwork (paperwork that should have been made clear before she ever left with the vehicle)...on that return they raised her interest rate and added another 6 months on... read more
Do not buy from this group. I purchased a used truck on 12/2 and am still trying to resolve $4k worth of unwanted items (paint protection and worthless extended warranty) that they slipped into my financing. Their tactics include calling you with the news that they've found a better finance rate, then pushing the paperwork on you to sign right away before you can read any of it over. I'm in Michigan, my son has my truck in Nebraska while in school. He took it to Husker Chevrolet because the airbag light came on. They ended up replacing a connector for the LH impact sensor. $27.40 for the part, $299.99 for labor and a $45 "Misc Charge". Are you F-ing kidding me? He'll never take it back there again.
