We never checked in, reservation was on the wrong day but Expedia said they could not help us change the date even though the we called the hotel before hand and they said there's plenty availability for the day we needed. We wanted to check in on the 6th but the reservation was for the 5th. Will never use or recommend Expedia again!

Dislikes: Room had huge red stains on carpet. No laundry facilities as stated in amenities section. When we asked the front desk for an extra pillow and blanket, we were told there weren’t any left. Only one microwave downstairs for everyone to share. Staff was hit or miss, some front desk staff were very nice and some were not friendly at all. We were there for 3 nights and housekeeping didn’t come at all during that time.

I can rewrite the text for you. Here it is: We arrived at the hotel around 2pm and checked in. We were informed that early check-in was not possible, which we understood. We left our luggage at the hotel and went to the job site. However, when we returned to the hotel, we were told that there were no rooms available, even though we had a reservation and had already paid for it. This was very frustrating for us. After waiting for a while, the hotel staff sorted out the situation and we were finally given our rooms.

Tried to checkin to my resevation at 5:30pm. Rooms not ready. Said they would text me when ready. Never texted me. Returned at 7:30pm room stil just finishing. Room was half completed. blind would not close. sofa bed was open and cushions thrown on floor. Everyone gave me the excuse that "didn't have help" Not my problem. I paid for a room. I fly over 100 flights per year and stay in hotel rooms 160 days a year. I liked Hyatt Place but this was my worst experience at a hotel in along time. Find A Different Hotel Room was not ready until after 6:00 pm, but it was the wrong room so we had to move. Toilet barely worked. AC barely worked. Will NEVER stay here again.

I had a room with two queen beds and a pull out couch. The room was so small you could not walk around the beds, and the bathroom was so small that you could not close the door without standing in the bathtub. The drain in the bathtub stunk so bad we had to leave the door closed and the fan on the entire stay. The breakfast room was way too small, and there were very few food options.
